Acceptance of Terms
By using this service (YuruLabs, hereinafter "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (hereinafter "the Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Service.
Description of Service
The Service provides free, browser-based online tools including image compression and resizing, favicon generation, QR code creation, CSV/JSON conversion, text comparison, data visualization, dummy data generation, and PDF editing. All tools process data entirely within the browser, and user data is never uploaded to a server.
Acceptable Use
The Service is free for both personal and commercial use. However, the following activities are prohibited: illegal activities using the Service, actions that interfere with the operation of the Service, actions that cause inconvenience to other users, and unauthorized copying or redistribution of the Service's source code. Excessive automated access is also prohibited.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose regarding the tools' output. The operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service. We recommend backing up important data before processing.
Service Modifications
The operator may modify, add to, or suspend/terminate the Service without prior notice. The operator shall not be liable for any damages caused to users as a result of such changes.
Changes to Terms
The operator may revise these Terms as necessary. Revised Terms become effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
